Pretty sure Brandi's screwed. That look on Vinnie's face says everything.

Reply lrodnelson32, April 20th, 2017, 10:02 pm

Another great challenge. Pretty sure that Brandi is leaving.

Reply Blastoise_FTW (Guest), April 20th, 2017, 10:06 pm

On one hand, Brandi leaving makes sense because of Vinnie's... Expressions, and the fact we've yet to lose a returnee.

On the other hand, FOUR FEMALES IN A ROW? Also, it's almost too obvious.

Great Challenge, this season's had some of the best so far.

Why sit Bowser out??

Reply anime9001, April 20th, 2017, 10:12 pm

@Blastoise_FTW: Because he's not smart or lucky enough to do the numbers, he's too slow to use the FLUDDs effectively, and the bros work better in tandem in muscle-related activities. Not to mention I could see him accidently crushing the pump when trying to pump it.

Oh, and possibly pride, which Bowser Jr was able to swallow for the challenge.

Reply anime9001, April 20th, 2017, 10:08 pm

Brandi would be a dead girl walking if Stagg didn't have an idol. Especially with Vinnie having his idol. However, I say that because Bonnie is going to tell Vinnie that Stagg has the idol and I think Stagg is going to be the first vet gone either due to misplaying his idol (again), or not playing it at all thinking Brandi is going home.

Or maybe Bonnie will try to get people to vote for Scott for some reason. Either way, I don't think Brandi's going home yet. But I think it'll be because of Bonnie (circumstantially) more than her own efforts that save her.

Edit: Oh yeah, and 10 out of 10 for using Sunshine mechanics and theme for this star, er, immunity. I'm loving these challenge themes, and I'm understanding more and more why it took so much effort to put this season together~

Goodbye, Scott. The one who plays the middle is dead. Bonnie isn't gonna put up with your bullshit, either. Vinnie...well, he'll start wrecking things very soon, I'm sure...oh boy. His looks could kill. Props to SWSU for his amazing expressions this season.

Reply Guest, April 21st, 2017, 6:21 am

@Tailslover13: No way is SWSU eliminating four loved ones back to back to back. Scott's safe. We're definitely losing a returning player.

Otherwise, what was the point of a BvW season when four of them were just here to bring Bonnie/Eli/Vinnie/Iyzebel back when you could have just done an All-Star season.

Reply Tailslover13, April 21st, 2017, 7:31 am

@Guest: I don't think so. It's too soon to lose Bonnie, since she hasn't really done anything memorable. Bradley has an idol, and if he gets wind of anything, he'll play it. makes zero sense for her to leave. I mean, this can't be her story; to be taken out by Vinnie due to Lewis taking out Rosella? I just don't buy it. And Vinnie...well, yeah, he has work to do. Scott may be the only newbie on that tribe, but my prediction is that Bonnie gets Brandi and Bradley on her side, and either force a 3-3 tie against Scott, or they manage to convince Thorne to join them when Bonnie points out how Scott is purposely making them fight. I just really think Scott is leaving. He serves no purpose here.

Remember last season? We lost four straight males: Cha'Telle, Xeradonus, Billy, Freddy. Everyone was shocked and confused...but then we lost four straight FEMALES: Luna, Lea, Juli, Tamara. So, the point is...SWSU will do what he thinks is best. It really won't surprise me if we lose Scott here, and the next four eliminations are Bonnie, Brandi, Bradley, and Tialayla or something along those lines. I still think Scott will leave, because he's pissed Bonnie off...and if Scott thinks he can control her, he's dead wrong. The only thing that will stand in her way is how Vinnie reacts knowing his daughter is gone.

Reply Guest, April 21st, 2017, 8:41 am

@Tailslover13: That being said, Bonnie doesn't want to take Scott out. Probably because let's say he DOES know... he will out her immediately. Almost like Skazz and Russell. Bonnie's not that dumb.

Logic is dictating that Scott might probably be the decoy, though. Vinnie will want Brandi out, and Thorne will be GLAD to take her out. She absolutely hates Brandi, and Scott really isn't making it better or worse for himself.

Reply Sinjoh, April 20th, 2017, 10:31 pm

Vinnie looks like he's ready to rampage.

Reply Congo, April 20th, 2017, 10:58 pm

brandi being in danger :(

lol bowser jr. i'll honestly admit that i haven't really noticed him much. i'm sure he'll get his time to shine soon. heh, shine.

Reply Floorman (Guest), April 20th, 2017, 10:59 pm

Brandi can't go home now....Because I've decided that she has to make the finals, with her dad on the jury. And then she's going to have to defend every move she's made to her father...Who will finally be proud of her. That's just what her arc is saying to me. On the other hand....She might be gone this vote....Vinnie looks livid.

Also, Doris's face when she accidented into winning....Priceless.

Reply qazox, April 20th, 2017, 11:00 pm

Honestly have no idea who's going home... very interesting afternoon in store.

Reply RedBeryl, April 20th, 2017, 11:05 pm

Right, there's a lot going on in this comic. Lemme read through it again.

Vinnie is pissed. Brandi is a bit shocked, as well... although whether that's from Lake breaking her word or realizing that Vinnie might gun for her is hard to say. Probably the latter.

It feels odd to see Bowser Jr. actually cleaning up the goop. And is Bowser... consoling Vinnie there? It's hard to tell from this angle.

Bonnie!Sarah lets her cover slip. I doubt anyone aside from Jeff can hear her clearly enough, though.

As Galaxie is declared the loser, there's a lot of mixed reactions. Vinnie's the most obvious of boiling hatred, but Bonnie!Sarah is uneasy, Bradley is confident he's staying, Scott's probably smirking to himself and Brandi appears to be... thinking of something? I dunno.

Guessing along with everyone else, I think... Brandi is in hot water, but not doomed. It more-or-less relies on Scott and Bonnie!Sarah, and they'll probably pick the easy-way-out by voting Brandi. Bradley COULD be the hero and use his idol to knock out the dangerous Vinnie... Unless Vinnie plays HIS idol, in which case Thorn or Bradley goes? Ugh, there's too much to think about here.

Reply lstaff4, April 20th, 2017, 11:37 pm

Oh, Bowser Junior, the irony is great.

The vote go could in a couple of ways, but i think the most accurate ones are either Brandi leaves, or Scott leaves.

If Brandi goes, then not much changes really in the big picture, other than the dad alliance officialy being sunk.

If Scott goes though... we might see him play a Skazz on Bonnie. The question is if he does it before or after he's voted off... On second thought I'm not even sure if he knows who Bonnie is... This is actually really hard to figure out.

One thing's for sure, though. Vinnie is definently voting against Brandi. Then again...

Reply Sonofhades, April 21st, 2017, 12:07 am

Brandi is going home. Vinnie is not about to let Rosella's loss go easily. My main worry is that he'll overstretch his boundaries, flex his power so much that his tribe turns on him in his moment of weakness. There's an outside chance that Scott goes since he's trying to drive a wedge between members of the tribe, but I don't think anyone will deny Vinnie his vengeance, lest they end up in his sights next.

Reply GaryHawkinsLandscaper, April 21st, 2017, 12:08 am

It's too bad none of the graffiti spawned those Swoopin' Stu enemies. Could've made the challenge much more entertaining for us.

I want to point out that Vinnie voting against Brandi all because Lake broke their promise is the biggest dick move he could make. Taking your anger out on someone else is the absolute wrong way to handle this. You'll get your chance to destroy Lake soon, Vincent. Wait for the right opportunity.

Sunshine is best Mario game. I stand by it.

Reply Blastoise_FTW (Guest), April 21st, 2017, 1:21 pm

@GaryHawkinsLandscaper: Sunshine is overrated as all hell. OK, I liked it, but there is some serious Nostalgia Glasses attached to this game. It butchered Yoshi, the story is bad even for a Mario game, Blue Coins sucked, it has the worst ''Bonus'' levels EVER (looking at you, Pachinko Machine..)

It's good, but calling it better than World, 3, 64, Galaxy.. Different Strokes

Reply GaryHawkinsLandscaper, April 21st, 2017, 2:58 pm

@Blastoise_FTW: Yeah, most of my love of the game is probably due to nostalgia, seeing as it was the first game I ever had. I totally understand how flawed the game is, but out of all the 3D platformers, Sunshine's still the one I have the most fun playing. Though it might be easier to call it my personal favorite Mario 3D platformer as opposed to "best Mario game".

Also, when are we going to get Sunshine rom hacks?

Reply Blastoise_FTW (Guest), April 21st, 2017, 4:43 pm

@GaryHawkinsLandscaper: Can't blame ya for that, man. 64 is still my favorite for the same reasons, but OH LORD THAT CAMERA

(For the record, from an objective standpoint, I think best Mario is SMB3)

Bye Thorne

Reply SkySurfer, April 21st, 2017, 1:19 am

Well, Bowser Jr. sure is reminded of Super Mario Sunshine a lot times. It's refreshing to see every survivor who participated worked hard for the tribe, Rosella simply didn't fit into this.

Too bad Vinnie won't agree. Ok, he didn't start screaming like a madman but this bottled-up rage in his face.... If they had to go to Tribal Council next round there would have been a better chance for Brandi but Vinnie sure doesn't have enough time to process this shock.
A 4-2 vote between Brandi and Thorne seems to be the most likely scenario to me but maybe we get to see another unexpected twist here

Reply ChaoticCross, April 21st, 2017, 1:28 am

It seems like Brandi is screwed. but something tells me help will come in the form of a most unlikely 3 Allies

if i'm wrong i'll eat my Xbox one.

Reply Guest, April 21st, 2017, 3:31 am

Pretty sure Scott is safe. There's no way on Earth that SWSU created a Blood vs. Water season just to send FOUR loved ones home back to back to back to back.

Brandi leaves because of Vinnie, or Bradley leaves because of Bonnie, or Bonnie leaves because of Scott. One of those events will happen.

Scott's safe. Thorne's safe. Vinnie's probably safe.
