Something tells me Vinnie might have a change of heart sooner or later....
Welp, Vinnie will certainly do a 180 on Brandi soon.
Uuuhhh....should we tell him?
@ChronoAlone: Nah, just let him find out on his own.
Hoo boy, Vinnie is about to get a rude awakening...
Seems like we're gonna have a real Cops v. Crims theme this season if Vinnie decides to even out the score after this.
cue Vinnie getting ready to dump Brandi like yesterday's garbage...
Welp, so much for that interesting plotline.
Well, Brandi's about to go from having a guardian angel to....well, someone about to stab you with a knife. Best of luck Brandi, you're gonna need it.....
well, it's not like thorne ever pretended to tolerate people!
meanwhile, brandi's not gonna have vinnie for an ally anymore. there's gonna be anger, some all-caps word bubbles, hurt feelings... it's kinda sad, because there really wasn't much of a way for lake to protect rosella.
Don't see Brandi getting much further in the game unless her tribe can maintain the lead. Who knows.
The one tribe that's not-so-happy, Galaxie. It's no wonder that Brandi and Thorne dislike each other, and soon Vinnie won't need to protect Brandi. Maybe. It depends on how vindictive the con-artist is.
That aside, I doubt Bonnie!Sarah will do anything to mess it up, unless she's REALLY nervous about Scott tipping off the others or being the "lowest on the totem pole".
This really saddens me. Vinnie is so confident that Lake kept his word although it must be hard for a criminal to trust someone on the other side of the law.
I'm not surprised that Thorne & Brandi don't get along so unless Bonnie doesn't try to get rid of Scott early there will already be a small majority against our detective once Vinnie finds out the bitter truth.
Speaking of Scott... I doubt he is used to sympathy. Not surprising when you're own loved one is on a tribe of power players and you like to think short term
pretty sure this tribe will lose so that we can lose a returning player.
@TJBambi93: Also uhh... where's Bonnie in all this? Oh dear...
Er, uhhh, well, Vinnie, ABOUT THAT...
Also, Thorne's pose in panel 7 is glorious.
@Zentillion: Thorne is unusually expressive in this comic.
The dramatic irony is strong in this strip. Once Vinnie finds out his daughter is gone, it's going to be utter chaos for this solemn tribe. Brandi's going first.
Also, I wanted to let everyone know about something that happened recently just so that we're on the same page.
So uhh... do you remember about two guests posting here known as TurnbullMSGA and Ugaldr202? Well... those were me. I was attempting to kinda tease an upcoming storyline in my new season of Survivor in live action over here. XD
Nothing I said under those usernames means anything. I was playing characters, nothing more. I will apologize if I offended anybody, though. Never my intention. DX
So yeah, I also apologize for the SHAMELESS PLUG IN! XD Won't ever do that again. :)
@TJBambi93: I want to strangle you right now.
Oh man Brandi is FUCKED. Once Vinnie sees Rosella gone he's gonna be pissed. I don't think we'll get FOUR female boots in a row, but Brandi's gonna have a hard time surviving Vinnie's wrath.
Well she'll be seeing a pleasant surprise next page I'm sure. But Vinnie isn't gonna be all that happy at how the Vote went. Still, Rosella did it to herself.
Dear God I can't stand Thorne. If there's one thing all of you people know I can't stand, it's bullies. And Thorne clearly is one. Brandi is 100% right; if you take a human life, regardless of how it happened, and you clearly don't give a shit...you are a despicable human being. Seriously, I am loving Brandi so very much this season. This is how you do a proper redemption arc. Even if SWSU has slightly hammered home the "pity Brandi" scenes, I honestly don't mind anymore. She deserves it. I seriously detest Thorne; she's nothing more than a cold-hearted BITCH. Please do not let her win.
Also, Scott, you're not likable; stop trying to make yourself sound reasonable. As for you, Vinnie...well, I look forward to the reign of terror you're going to bring about this season once you see your stuck-up, annoying, useless daughter is gone. But, when you do...keep your eye on Brandi; she has a lot of Ellise's personality, so if you want to win this time, you need Brandi out (as much as I hate to say it).
@Tailslover13: And yet you like Russell lol
@mmm: Yes, I do, but he's never actually killed somebody (as far as we know). He's also a comedic bully rather than a serious, cold-hearted one. Look how many people actually liked Shaega from last season, who was also a bullying asshole. They mostly liked him because they found him funny. I didn't, but others did. Russell is just so over-the-top and cartoonish villainous that I appreciate him for him. I honestly love villains that try way too hard, but not in a really malicious way. Shaega, Mary, Amelia, Iyzebel, Desmond, Crisco, Matt...all of these characters try WAY too hard to be malicious and mean without any of the humor or charm. Bowser, Russell, Craig, Donovan, Diego, Survivor Critic, Alleio, Enter are all so insane, crazy, funny, or unique and over-the-top that that makes me like them.
@Tailslover13: I'm actually surprised by how many of your comments I agree with. Furthermore, I'm surprised by how reasonable the complaints I do disagree with are. (E.g. Your aversion to the presence of Eli, whom I find funny, but who people seem to forget ripped away Artemis' victory using powers that were close enough to cheating that SWSU admitted that he couldn't actually let Eli win)
@landis963: Well, a lot of what I say SHOULD be reasonable to people who are calm and try to understand what I'm saying. I don't TRY to say provocative or weird things just for the sake of it. I'm a human being like anyone else, and I know what is likable, funny, entertaining, or charming just like anyone else. So, it shouldn't be surprising; people simply love to hate me because I act like Survivor Critic a lot. I tend to be more critical of things rather than positive, but the fact is I'm still here, so I clearly enjoy it. Being negative doesn't necessarily mean you don't enjoy what you do or what you're partaking in; it just means you have a different way of looking at things.
An example of this would be your take on Eli. Yes, in SFC11, I honestly started off loving Eli. I won't lie. I'm sure most everyone did! He was just so unique, silly, funny, and had an interesting "power" that he could possibly use to help himself in the game. HOWEVER, it took him using that unfair power on my own character that finally woke me up and made me realize that he's nothing more than a cocky, cheating, annoying, despicable asshole. So, I have a legit REASON to detest him; most everyone else who didn't have a character in SFC11 likely doesn't. And this can be said about most of my points. I have experiences in life and other places that other people do not, and I think differently than most people. So when I give my views on something, it's typically different than how you think. Not always, but most of the time!
San Juan Del Sur flashback
This reminds me Jeremy saying "if you keep my wife safe, I'll keep yours safe, and next tribal her wife was out and he wanted revenge. This is going to be the same just hope Brandi doesn't go, because I can see her going into a breaking point and turning against her father.
i don't have a problem with thorne being a killer because she's
also she's a well written, interesting character
