Good recovery Leah
Ky busters seems much more entertaining than the upcoming reboot.
Yeah...Leah can go die in a fire now. Thank God Taro is a great guy and refusing to go against Ky. That's what I love to see: loyalty. It's all I care about, and it's amazing how close Taro is with Ky. Screw you, Leah. You are a cowardly little bitch and...yeah, done with you. It's not about winning the game; it's about going forward with people you TRUST. Take Ky out, you're down in numbers; you CAN'T trust Sylvia, I don't care what you say. It's about MAKING THE END, not about taking out threats before you get there. Just look what stupid Michele did; she took two threats to the end...and somehow won!
But...yeah, Ky is just amazing in every possible way. Ky Busters? Man he's awesome.
@Tailslover13: I see your point but Ky is a threat u can admit. I don't Leah hate 4 this but I'm not happy with either. All and all we can agree that shaega needs to go over her.
@crazy fan : It doesn't matter if you agree with something or not; if you don't like what they're doing, you can be angry. Plus, it's stupid because she's throwing away a 100% number for her. Ky is a very loyal person, as he's shown, and throwing him away just because you fear losing to him...is suicide. I promise if Leah does this, she doesn't win the game.
@Tailslover13: Fair enough but Ky still is a threat and if Leah doesn't go with this plsn she will have vote him eventually or she won't win. Don't get me wrong I love Ky too by the way.
@crazy fan: True, but as I've said before, if you really are deserving to win...it doesn't matter who you sit with in the end. The jury will vote for you. So, really, if Leah is smart, she gets rid of a Normal here and goes into the final five with the numbers. At THAT point she can play the middle between Ky/Taro and Dustin/Shaega/Sylvia. That's a lot smarter. You need to go into the finale with the numbers on your side and not have to rely on winning immunity or having to rely on people who've been against you since the start.
@Tailslover13: Yeah, she wants to vote someone out in survivor. No one should ever do that. What a cunt, right?
Also, I can't believe how stupid you are. Do you even read what you type?
Survivor is about winning, that's the point. There's no point in having people to trust if you're not going to win.
@uhbihbjnk: You can make friends if you have people to trust. Not everything is about winning. It's about the experience~
@arv0908: It's really a matter of perspective, but I totally get where you're coming from. I believe that they should play to win, but there's no point if it's not going to be a good experience.
In my eyes though, the experience is giving it your all and trying your best, no matter the style you play.
@Tailslover13: Why do you have to constantly be so hateful? If you're reading a comic about Survivor, every single character is going to have a point where they are targeted. The fact that you decide to completely blow up on a fictional character because they do something that you don't like is extremely foolish and so annoying. You get so angry over a comic and you make yourself look like a fool. In this game, Ky is the biggest threat to win, therefore people are going to try and take him out. Act your age because you're acting like a 5 year old, build a bridge, and get over it. You have driven me crazy for this entire season and I can't bare it anymore. I'm sure I'm not the only one that loathes your comments fueled with hatred and overreacting.
@JboyInc: Everyone is allowed to have an opinion though. Not everyone has the same taste in everything. Remember that.
If you can't stand the craziness, then please leave. Sorry~~
@JboyInc: Don't worry, you're not alone. There's a very good reason that Tails got driven off during Season 11.
@uhbihbjnk: Sorry, but wrong, you obnoxious fool. I didn't get driven off whatsoever. I just chose to stop paying attention and stopped caring, because at a certain point, it hurt too much to see what was going on, so I left on my own. I wasn't even reading what assholes like you said. The fact you keep bringing that up, and you're using it against me to bully and harass me now...says a lot about your character.
I hope you realize what an ass you're being. But, probably not.
@Tailslover13: No, I remember quite clearly. Yet because you're bitter doesn't mean that it didn't happen.
@JboyInc: I think ARV0908 said it well: it's how I feel and how I respond to things. We're all different, and we handle things differently. If you don't like that...too damn bad. How about you leave me the hell alone and get over yourself? Do you see me getting on anyone's case for having different opinions than me? No. So, you and the other bully who keeps harassing me need to get a life. The fact that people such as yourself and Uhbihbjnk take it upon yourselves to talk down to me just because I don't talk or think in the same manner as you is, honestly, ridiculous and laughable.
Don't like what I say? Leave me alone. If you want to talk with me and debate like a mature person, as many others have, feel free. I like talking with others and seeing where they come from, but not when I'm being called names, being mocked, or being bullied. So, enough already.
@Tailslover13: It's not that I don't agree with what you say, it's that I don't agree with how you say it and how you act. Everyone is entitled to an opinion, I just don't think a comic about Survivor is worth getting so worked up about.
Woah, new comic four hours early? That's different.
In any other situation, taking out Ky would've been the best move for Leah. The problem is Taro's still here and the supers don't even have an advantage over the normals. And now that Taro *does* know she's thinking of getting rid of Ky, she's as good as dead.
That's the most shocked I've seen Taro in 34 days.
Yeah, I'm definitely on the board that Taro is definitely lasting over Ky now. Taro is definitely not going to vote Ky out, but more then likely, he will do what he can to save him without throwing his own game away.
Leah made a mistake in telling Taro this, likely.
EDIT: I can't wait to see the comments explode if and when Taro votes Ky off. Looking at the comic again, something tells me that Taro might just vote for Ky to save himself if he realizes he cannot save Ky.
@TJBambi93: Well, I'm a logical thinker who lacks empathy, so I don't think it would bother me as much if Taro voted for Ky. As much.
Oh my god Leah, stop making a fool out of yourself. I know this is your boot episode so why not be more positive so we can pity you for being voted out?
Taro, please don't listen to Leah. She's just trying to make herself relevant since she's not gonna make the finale.
@arv0908: Are the writings really on the wall that clearly for Leah?
@Joey the Badass Wheeler: while I'm pretty sure this is the end of Ky, if he stays, Leah is the most likely casualty.
@DrMarble: Understandable. Can't say I'll miss her.
@Joey the Badass Wheeler: I'm pretty positive. Leah has not done anything lately and this is her major boost in screentime since the merge episode.
@arv0908: What do you mean?! She's so relevant and supported by the edit!!
Like, for example, when she was obsessed with booze and got drunk but still tried to play game!! And then, not revealing she had an idol bit her and her allies in the butt, misplayed her idol and her ally was saved by dumb luck.
Or, or!! Last episode when she made a big move!! Like, yanno, getting everyone to flip on Dustin!! But then Brandi plays an idol on him and blindsides Marie, but it turns out that if Dustin had half a brain Leah would have gone home. But she then gets revenge!! She makes a deal with Sylvia to unanimously vote out Brandi!! So, of course, Sylvia takes all the credit and Leah isn't even asked a question despite winning immunity, and all she says at Tribal Council is a question to Shaega. And let's not forget how voting out Sylvia or secretly blindsiding Shaega would have given them the numbers advantage, since Brandi would be desperate and stay loyal to them this round, and theywouldn't be at the mercy of Shaega's idol, which no one knows of and will take one of her allies, or even herself.
So, as I've just proven, Leah is definitely a MAJORLY focused upon charavter and her strong strategic gameplay will earn her the win over perfect husband Taro, ever hungry Sylvia, paranoia-inducing Shaega, sugar rush Ky, or gnarly dude Dustin. Those are obvious winner Leah's chances for y'all!!
@Guest: Are you kidding L-M-F-A-O?
She's not winning, that's a fact. Your statement is more of a Leah-bias comment rather than an explanation on why Leah wins. If Leah did win, we would have gotten insight on her "intricate" strategy decisions and she would have been credited but no. Did you really think she's a major CP character when all we see of her before this episode and last episode is her trying to bicker with Sylvia and getting her vote blah blah blah. Did she really had anything to show in the Cordelia and Zach's boot? Face it, her story ended when Lea was booted. She's more of a background character as Sylvia's rival and the reason she's getting airtime is to explain her downfall.
Now, onto the Dustin thingy. You may credit her all you want, but more people will remember that as Brandi's downfall move rather than hers. She was lucky that Dustin was an idiot or she would have been bye bye. The Brandi boot was also credited to Sylvia rather than hers.
I just can't believe that you made this "Leah wins" BS and made sure to list everything she has done that makes her worthy of a win. I guess you only notice her? She was good pre-merge but her edit is downhill starting at the merge.
"Leah's winning edit" consists of her getting drunk, misplaying an idol, bickering with Sylvia, third wheel to Ky and Taro, her partnership with Zach, being irrelevant at the merge, and being the "good twin sister".
@arv0908: That was my attempt at being sarcastic but since it's a random comment on the internet, I understand why you thought it was serious.
IMO, Leah's decision have all been pretty bad. Even the Brandi boot, her best chance to finally stand out and shake the game, ended in failure. Brandi was ousted but Sylvia gets the credit; they keep Shaega even after he admits he's been sabotaging the ir games; Leah is completely ignored at Tribal Council despite making a deal with her rival, pushing the Brandi elimination and winning immunity; Brandi could have been their fourth or, at worst, force a tie, especially now that she wouldn't hace an idol, but she still gets her voted out over any of the other normals; Shaega's idol is likely to get her or Ky eliminated, anyway.
@Guest: Now, you just made me feel awful! I'm very sorry, dear Guest. I do agree with you about the Brandi debacle. Jeff probably doesn't give a whole lot of fuck about Leah. I mean, she's just bland and kinda forced compared to her other peers.
Sometimes owing up to your game-choices is much more rewarded than staying low.
Wow. This is early.
As much as I want to chastise Leah for wanting to vote off the most entertaining character left in the game, she's not wrong in wanting him out. He's the biggest threat in the whole game, and will destroy everyone and anyone who's in the end with him. As much as it would hurt to lose Ky, it's the logical thing to do.
Yeah, I'm already seeing the signs, this is episode is Ky's swan song, I'm sure of it. As much as I love Ky, if he isn't going to win, I think that this is the best time for him to leave storywise.
@DrMarble: There is only one more episode, anyway. I could understans other people's refusal to see him go before, but now it's the endgame and the season is about to come to an end. We'll see Ky next episode with a funny FTC speech/questions, anyway. I'm kinda excited to see what he will be wearing while on the jury.
I don't think Ky is that big of a threat to win at the end? Unless everyone on the jury loves him and would want to vote for him to win regardless of how the FTC goes. Like...Ky literally had no strategy whatsoever. Against Dustin and Shaega, yeah he'd win but he'd look pretty terrible next to the other three.
@Vilecheese: they are probably focusing less on the strategy and more on the fact that Ky is INSANELY likable. I'd say he has a fair shot if beating anyone left in the game.
@Vilecheese: There's also the fact that a tight pair this late in the game can be really dangerous for the rest of the players, just look at last season's endgame.
Wait, this got posted 4 hours ago? Geez, ok SWSU, just make me feel silly for being here right on the dot of the usual time :p
Anyway, it's interesting to show the first sign of anger that Taro has ever shown. Leah has finally learned the wrath of the tonooki. I couldn't really see him or Ky getting mad at anything. On that thought, I wonder what would make Ky mad....
Past that, let's hope they're actually able to catch the little bugger. Perhaps if they do, they can hold it hostage for Sheaga to quit the game or not play his idol or something to get it back. Funny thing is, I think it'd actually work.
@anime9001: Considering that Shaega is a total weenie, that could definitely work.
Ooooooh Leah bad move telling Taro about voting against Ky XD. Gotta give her props though, she's really goin for the win. Hope that people don't hate Leah just for targeting Ky, it is still a game that she wants to win. Hope Taro finds a way to keep Ky though!
I know a lot of people are thinking that Ky gets voted out this episode, but isn't it also a possibility that Taro gets the boot? All it takes is Ky to win this immunity or Leah to see Taro as the bigger threat, and the tanooki is eliminated, paving the way for Ky to go on an immunity run.
On a somewhat related note, did we ever find out why Shaega was unable to possess Ky, or has that been accredited to Shaega's ineptitude as a villain at that time?
@Quizzical Pursuit: because Xeradonus possessed Ky earlier in the season with Paranoia, Ky sorta built up an immunity to it, which is why Shaega was unable to do it again.
We have proof of a evil-eye from a Tanooki.... still think voting Taro off before Ky (though risky because of Ky's ability to win immunity) is the smarter overall play, as Shaega's safe and unless Ky/Taro/Dustin wins immunity Leah & Sylvia are easy targets for the other 2 pairs.
By the way, in case anyone is curious why this comic was posted so early, SWSU has business to attend to in another state and he'll be gone for a few days or something. He said he'll still post the comics...somehow...but he had to get ready and pack today, so that's why he had to do this early.
But...it's really your own faults for not looking sooner. Shame on all of you! Except for Pie, since he noticed first.
@Tailslover13: Your hacking skills are quite impressive.
I think Taro's death stare was obvious enough so he cannot pretend to be impartial.
Leah sure has a pretty wierd timing considering the Ky boot when Shaega is still around. Would she prefer keeping the villain in order to take out the biggest sole survivor threat and raise her own chances? Oh, come on... that's not very heroic.
Tanooki-Death-Glare. The super-deadly-secret arts only handed down from the greatest of the tanooki masters... Those on the wrong end of this mysterious technique are suddenly struck down by a mind-numbingly-crushing weight, the accusing glare striking the hapless victim with the shame of a thousand guilts!
Pray you never find yourself under the gaze... of a Tanooki-Death-Glare.
You don't tug on Superman's cape, you don't spit into the wind, you don't pull the mask off that old lone ranger and you don't mess around with Taro. hm Doo de de de
Sorry I just really like Jim Croce.
Seriously though screw you Leah. If you EVER thought Taro was going to say yes, you are dumber than Dustin. OK not quite.
Also, should Shaega be worried? If they catch Paranoia he's pretty much fucked.
Season 34 cast is out!
Who else is disappointed for the most part?
@Guest: I dont want to be spoiled so dont talk about it shush
@Guest: I'm giving it an 8/10 myself. I was honestly quite happy with it for the most part! But, that's just me.
@Guest: This is legitimately what I expected the final cast would be like.
Honestly, this is looking more and more like Leah's boot episode. After weeks without exposure, she's finally getting some focus... and she's promptly pissed off Taro.
