Well..... suddenly it becomes clear why Bonnie was not ejected.

And before anyone asks, he got the cloth for the sling through a lie, or he stole it.

Wow, now I hate Jackie even more.

It would be super satisfying to see Jackie beat Bonnie in the final immunity challenge and send her packing-especially since she is being super cocky now. However this comic does not always gives the outcome its readers want.

Wow, Jackie is a really clever guy.

Reply Moonie (Guest), November 20th, 2012, 10:08 pm

I kinda saw this coming. I was wondering why Bonnie wasn't penalized, and why Jackie was laying it on a little thick with his "I'm injured" claims. Nice move.

Reply rt555 (Guest), November 20th, 2012, 10:08 pm

Bonnie really must not be so smart after all if she did not realize the reason she did not get kick out of the game is because Jackie's arm was never broken in the first place.

Well, this has the potential to be either a great season, or a really bad one. It's really going to come down to the winner. Minerva gets votes from Baxter, Kris, Phil, and Bonnie; Jackie gets votes from Sanza, Ventious, and Adrian, leaving Emilee and Ryuia as the swing votes. If they vote for Jackie, this becomes a good season with a bad winner (like All-Stars 1 or Cursed Isles). If Minerva wins, it'll become a season that's really great all the way through, and had a good winner (like Seasons 1-4). Sadly, I think it's going to be the former just because this strip seems to be setting up a Jackie win. Unless Minerva wins the immunity challenge and boots Bonnie, then she will probably win. Unlikely to happen, but possible.

Called it. Jackie was faking the injury, I actually hope he does pull away with the win this season, this character is AWESOME for entertainment!

Not that Minerva's bad at all, just that she's basically a furry version of Parvati, nothing wrong with that, just not an origin idea

GO JACKIE GO :D

Reply QJD, November 20th, 2012, 10:56 pm

Wonder if he'll keep milking the "injury" for a sympathy vote or two.

Reply Chaun, November 20th, 2012, 11:07 pm

*is not surprised that the injury was fake*

Reply Scorpio (Guest), November 20th, 2012, 11:30 pm

Now I know who wins. Let's just leave it at that.

Reply SkySurfer (Guest), November 21st, 2012, 12:29 am

Ok, now that's one inconsistency out of the way although I still ask myself how Bonnie couldn't know the arm wasn't broken when the crew surely could.

Nevertheless, that was a clever method for Jackie to pass the target sign to other people. Even though three people had to leave because of that I hope he wins immunity and gets some credit for that move in front of the jury.

Reply anime9001, November 21st, 2012, 12:34 am

To be honest, I didn't think the injury was fake. However, I did predict that Jackie would win the final immunity still, and it seems that won't be a problem now. Though you'd think that after snapping a guy's leg, Bonnie would know if she succeeded in snapping a guy's arm or not.

btw, @ QJD: Not his style :p

GO MINNIE!!!

Reply Feniks, November 21st, 2012, 2:27 am

That's, actually fucking genius.

Reply LordViking, November 21st, 2012, 3:36 am

I hope he is at least smart enough to keep the sling on during the fallen comrades part or the surprise effect is ruined before the challenge.

I've wanted to see Bonnie get voted out since the start, but part of me wants to see her in the finals now just so she can reveal why she thinks to have a chance to win. The 'everyone wanted me out since day one' line won't be good enough.

Reply crazybob, November 21st, 2012, 3:42 am

it is like jackie is being set up to win the million or fail horribly.

Reply Masteroftheives, November 21st, 2012, 4:06 am

*claps heartily* I genuinely did not anticipate this. Jackie, you have officially earned my respect, even if you don't win.

Reply The_mad_one, November 24th, 2012, 12:45 pm

Alright I take back my earlier complaint, this is a very well constructed twist and the lack of ejection makes complete sense now!

Took me a while to comment this, forgot about it for a while but here you go.
