And as we all know, having too many alliances can be a bad thing.

Reply AkumaTh, September 4th, 2012, 10:03 pm

Jackie is in a good/bad position. The good is that he's safe. The bad is that if his alliances find out he won't be.

Though you have to give credit for Jackie to think long term.

Cross that bridge when you get to it, Jackie-boy.

Reply Vilecheese, September 4th, 2012, 10:04 pm

Is it just me, or is Jackie's endgame plan...kinda stupid? I mean, no one else except him is going to care at all about how physically strong the finalists are.

Reply Lemia (Guest), September 4th, 2012, 10:06 pm

Yeah...this has all the makings of a betrayal about to take place. (Personally, I think it'd be hilarious if the Final 2/3 *were* full of the "weak" players Jackie hates.)

On a related note, the preview mentioning a betrayal causing rifts between tribes seems to indicate that the two upcoming eliminations don't take place right after one another, otherwise we wouldn't be seeing the effects of the betrayal in the same episode, so maybe it's going to be a "2 days, 2 Tribal Councils" thing?

Reply qazox, September 4th, 2012, 11:33 pm

So Jackie is either:

A: basically set to reach the Final 3 no matter which alliance he's with.

B: gonna get caught between the two alliances' cross-fire.

But of all the players left.. he's relatively the safest, at the moment.

Jackie just underlines that he's brawn and not brains type here. Revealing an endgame plan that early and even to one of his target's most loyal friends isn't smart at all. Jackie is just about to repeat Frank's mistake from last season when he thinks he gets to pick "his group" easily

However, Sanza should be realistic too... If it's easy to get rid of Bonnie why did she stay till the finals? Carbo should have learned by now that she isn't someone to mess with, even without secret identity

A lot of people are calling Jackie's plan stupid....which I'm not denying, but he's shown quite a bit more thought out here than u'd think he'd do, and honestly, I'm surprised that he knew the word Quantum....

Reply JoeTheHobo, September 5th, 2012, 2:08 am

Jackie could be a hidden mastermind I am actually starting to think he will make a great game or both alliances could discover him and bam he's dead.

But I know which one I want: HIDDENMASTERMIND JACKIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That realization That realization at the end of this comic was mildly amusing.

Of course, Jackie has a good point, I mean, if the game lasts only 39 days, then we're almost halfway through the game, thinking about endgame plans might not be a bad idea at this point.

Reply Gigas (Guest), September 5th, 2012, 2:15 pm

Nice foreshadowing there. Jackie's going to gain respect for those people, and will likely vote for them over a 'strong' person.

By the way, since when is Kris weak? She won more individual immunities than most people do.

Reply LordViking, September 5th, 2012, 8:07 pm

And Jackie is still in the 'guys are stronger/better' mindset. You'd think that by now he would have realized that just being a man doesn't automatically make you better. Than again, Frank still thinks like that too.

Wow, more sexism...

This alliance is awful. Potentially the worst one ever. Baxter and Phil are the only two interesting guys at this point, and they're out of the alliance.

Jackie is alright, but Frank is annoying and one-dimensional and the other three are extremely boring.
